At TourMulki, we understand that plans can change. We strive to be fair and flexible while also managing our bookings responsibly. Please read our policy carefully before booking.
Room Bookings
- 7+ days before check-in: Full refund of advance paid (100%)
- 3–6 days before check-in: 50% refund of advance paid
- Less than 3 days before check-in: No refund
- No-show: No refund; room will be released after 12 noon
- Date changes (if requested 5+ days prior) are accommodated subject to availability at no extra charge
Activity Bookings (Surfing, Kayaking, Yoga)
- 48+ hours before session: Full refund
- 24–48 hours before: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours / same day: No refund
- If we cancel due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, you receive a full refund or free rescheduling
Tour Bookings
- 5+ days before tour date: Full refund
- 2–4 days before: 50% refund
- Less than 48 hours: No refund
- Tours cancelled by TourMulki (vehicle breakdown, weather, etc.) will receive a full refund or free reschedule
Scooter Rentals
- Scooter rentals are non-refundable once the vehicle has been handed over
- If cancelled before pickup: full refund if notified 3+ hours in advance
- Any damage to the scooter during the rental period is the renter's responsibility
How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, contact us on WhatsApp at +91 6391834651 or email tourmulki [at] gmail.com. Please mention your booking name and date. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
⚠ Note: Refund eligibility is calculated from the time we receive your written cancellation request (WhatsApp message or email), not from when you decide to cancel.
